The Future of Morph #1: Schools and Education
Flexible Spaces for Future-Ready Schools
Schools and Education settings are under constant pressure to adapt. Whether due to demographic shifts, evolving SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) requirements, or new learning approaches, the way educational spaces are used is always changing.
But one thing stays the same: space is crucial.
Schools need environments that support learning, inclusion, wellbeing, and creativity. This could mean carving out quiet zones for students who need a break from overstimulation, reimagining unused corners for one-on-one support, or creating shared group areas in underutilised classrooms.
So how can spaces adapt quickly — and sustainably?
That’s where Morph comes in.
Morph is a modular building system made from recycled and plant-based plastics. Our bricks click together like large building blocks — no drilling, cutting, or mess — making it easy to create, move, or reuse walls, dividers, benches, counters, or even planters. All our products are reusable, flexible, and fast to assemble, with zero waste.
Whether you're transforming a corner into a calming sensory space, installing benches in a breakout area, or dividing areas into individual work areas — Morph gives education settings the power to reshape space, again and again, without breaking the bank.

At Cheshire College South and West we sought to increase our seating space due to our ever-growing student numbers. After seeing the Morph Bricks bench product we were really impressed with the style and sustainability aspects these offered.

Indoor or Outdoor, Morph Has You Covered
It’s not just indoor spaces that benefit. There’s growing research on the advantages of outdoor learning, from boosting mood to improving concentration.
Morph makes it easy to create:
- Outdoor classrooms or learning pods
- Quiet sensory gardens with planters
- Tiered seating for performances or group activities
These spaces don’t just support curriculum delivery — they foster wellbeing, confidence, and connection with nature.
Our planters have just been delivered and erected at incredible speed! We're now looking forward to sharing them with the children, who will be involved in clipping the final few pieces together as they learn about how the blocks are made from recycled plastic car parts.

♻️ A Sustainable Alternative to Stud Walls
Let’s face it — traditional construction is wasteful. When needs change, built-in partitions often end up in landfill. But Morph structures can be taken apart and rebuilt somewhere else.
Take the recent announcement from Labour to retrofit 3,300 primary school classrooms into nurseries: Morph offers a smarter, circular alternative.
Morph dividers can create zones in nursery classrooms
Use our walls, benches or dividers to meet today’s needs — and simply reconfigure or relocate them when requirements change tomorrow.
Fast Install, Zero Disruption
In a recent school project, a stud wall solution would have required 4 nights of out-of-hours work due to noise and dust. Instead, we built the Morph partition in just 3 hours, during school hours — no mess, no noise, no waste.
This is ideal for schools that can’t afford disruption to the learning day — or the extra cost of after-hours contractors.
One Solution. Multiple Schools.
Academy Trusts especially benefit from Morph’s modularity. Products can be installed in one school, then removed, stored, and reused in another. You’re not just buying a wall — you’re investing in a long-term, reconfigurable asset.
Designed by Children, Backed by Teachers
During our recent British Science Week competition, we asked students to dream up new Morph products for their schools. From giraffes to climbing walls, their creativity blew us away. But many focused on wellbeing zones, reading pods, and quiet corners — echoing what teachers say is most needed.
Their ideas confirmed what we’re hearing every day: schools need solutions that are creative, practical, and sustainable.
New Leasing Options
Thanks to DfE guidance changes in April 2024, Morph products can now be procured via leasing arrangements, making them more accessible than ever. Because many of our solutions qualify as furniture, they’re easier to fund — without the complexity of traditional capital funding routes. This means:
- No need to fund the full amount upfront
- Flexible payments aligned with budgets
- Faster implementation of space solutions
