Our approach combines recycled ABS plastic, recovered from post-consumer refrigerator waste, with Floreon’s Therma-Tech, the world’s first fire-retardant PLA derived from renewable sources like corn and sugarcane. Together, they form the foundation of our modular system — strong, safe, and circular by design.

Recycled ABS: Giving Plastic a Second Life

Plastic waste is one of the biggest challenges of our time. Rather than ignoring it, we put it to work.

The ABS we use is sourced from an ISO-certified recycling process that collects and processes refrigerator waste across Europe. This material is cleaned, refined, and reborn as durable, high-performance Morph Bricks. By transforming discarded plastic into modular building blocks, we keep valuable resources in circulation — and out of landfill.

Floreon: Innovation Rooted in Nature

Our partnership with Floreon introduces another breakthrough in sustainable manufacturing. Their Therma-Tech bioplastic is made from renewable raw materials such as sugarcane and corn, offering up to seven times lower carbon footprint than virgin plastic. It’s also fire-retardant, recyclable, and UK-developed, proving that sustainability and performance can go hand in hand.

By integrating Floreon into the Morph system, we’re helping to accelerate the shift toward bio-based, circular materials in British manufacturing.
